Join Progressive Student Union to welcome Dozthor Zurlent, a former advisor to President Hugo Chavez and an activist who supports many liberation movements across Latin and Central America. Mr Zurlent has written many articles and essays for many publications, and has appeared on Telesur, ANTV, VTV, and La Radio del Sur. For nearly 10 years, he produced and directed radio programs on Venezuelan National Radio and YVKE Mundial Los Andes Radio.  Dozthor will speak on his experiences in political struggle, as well as the need for the US to end its sanctions on Venezuela and to free Alex Saab, a Venezuelan diplomat being illegally held by the US in Miami.  Meet Dozthor Zurlent in University Hall room 108, at the University of Texas at Arlington University Hall Arlington, TX 76010
